City police officer, Will Dormer, is brought into a remote town in Alaska to investigate the brutal murder of a teenage girl. During a chase with the killer, Dormer accidentally shoots his partner and covers it up. The incident leaves him sleepless and guilt-ridden, and it doesn't help when the killer starts blackmailing him.
