Hyota is a minor character in the One Piece anime, only appearing in the season four episode "The Battle is Over! Kohza Flies the White Flag". He is a member of the Tsumegeri Guards.
In the Japanese dub, he is voiced by Takahiro Suzuki. In the English dub, he is voiced by an unknown actor.
