Dr. Hannibal Lecter, also known as Hannibal the Cannibal and The Chesapeake Ripper, is a minor antagonist in season 21 of Family Guy, serving as one of the main antagonists in the episode "Oscars Guy". He is a parodied version of the character of the same name in the film The Silence of the Lambs.
He is voiced by Seth MacFarlane.
