Hank Skinny is a major antagonist in the Vomit Gore Series, appearing as the secondary-turned-main antagonist of Slaughtered Vomit Dolls, the main antagonist of A Perfect Child of Satan and The Angela Chapters, and a minor antagonist in ReGOREgitated Sacrifice. He is a sadistic and fetishistic serial killer who murders primarily women for his cruel and violent fantasies. He is also a Satanist, and commits his murders in Satan's name.
The real name of the actor who portrays him is unknown, only being known by his character's name. (See notes)

- Nearly everyone involved with the Vomit Gore Series (including the creator, "Lucifer Valentine") used aliases due to the series' subject matter.
- Interestingly, despite appearing in three films and a short film, Hank only physically appears in two scenes in Slaughtered Vomit Dolls. In every subsequent appearance, he is behind a camera and only his voice can be heard. Occasionally, his hands, legs, and feet appear in the murder scenes.
