• Hank is shot though the back of his skull and killed instantly by Jebus with a Deagle.

Madness Combat 3: Avenger

• Hank is impaled through the back by Jebus with the Binary Sword and didn't die immediately but eventually succumbed to his wound.

Madness Combat 4: Apothesis

• Hank is shot in the head by a zombie 1337 Agent and Jebus and then uses a suicide vest to blow himself up.

Madness Combat 5: Depredation

• Hank has his head ripped off by Tricky and smashed against the ground.

Madness Combat 6: Antipathy

• Hank has his neck impaled by the false-end of a stop sign by Tricky. He is then resurrected.

Madness Combat 7: Consternation

• Hank at the beginning of the episode is already dead when Tricky apparently threw him off a cliff and his brain was completely destroyed.
• Hank is killed again by Jebus when he impales Hank with the Binary Sword, lifts him up into the air, and shoots him in the head with a revolver. He is later resurrected in part 9 and hasn't died again in a canon episode since.

Non-Canon Deaths

• In Incident 010A, Hank is ripped in half horizontally by a Mag Agent and repeatedly stabbed in the head with his own sword.
• In Incident 1000A, Hank is shot in the head by Jebus with a Deagle, he resurrects later.
• In Incident 1000A, Hank is shot in the head with a grenade launcher by Tricky and then his head is blown in half quickly.
