Half-Life: Decay is an add-on included in the PlayStation 2 port of the first-person shooter game Half-Life, developed by Gearbox Software. It is the third and final expansion of the original game after Opposing Force and Blue Shift.
Decay follows the events of the Black Mesa Incident from the perspectives of scientists Gina Cross and Colette Greene, as well as two Vortigaunts in a bonus level known as R-4913 and X-8973.
