Gus Fring

Gustavo "Gus" Fring, also known as The Chicken Man, is a major antagonist in the TV shows Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul. He is the owner of Los Pollos Hermanos, as well as the lover of the late Maximino "Max" Arciniega.

He is portrayed by Giancarlo Esposito.
