- In the mission "Evidence Dash", Ray mentions Donald Love ate bodies at a party. Since it is plural and not singular, at least two will be added.
- In the mission "Kingdom Come", suicide bombers will spawn infinitely, so none will be added.
- In the mission "The Exchange", the game ends with Maria Latore and Claude leave the dam until the screen fades to black and a gunshot is heard. It is most likely that Claude ended up killing Maria in order to stop her incessant talking as it's unlikely Claude was shot by someone else or committed suicide since Maria would've undoubtedly said something or screamed in panic at the sight of Claude dying so suddenly.
