Mark/Toad Boy - Killed off-screen by Ghoulies. Revived when Malcolm was defeated

Dick - Strangled by Malcolm's tongue. Revived when Malcolm was defeated
Eddie - Face ripped off by a Ghoulie. Revived when Malcolm was defeated

Unnamed Priest - Dissolved in a vat of acid when Bat Ghoulie knocked him into it.
Patty - Stabbed to death by a Ghoulie with a straight razor.
Merle - Disemboweled by Ghoulies with a pendulum trap.
Uncle Ned - Electrocuted by Ghoulies with exposed wires.
Bozo the Clown - Pulled into a pool and killed by Ghoulies.
Mike - Fell to his death when Ghoulies broke the roller coaster he was riding in.
Unnamed Woman - Fell to her death when Ghoulies broke the roller coaster she was riding in.

Professor Ragnok (Human) - Attacked by the Ghoulies, melted down into goo (this is what causes him and the ghoulies to merge into one)
Professor Ragnok (Monster) - Sucked down a toilet after Skip flushed the spell book away

Unnamed Vagrant - Used as a sacrifice to summon the hooded man by Alexandra
Unnamed Pedestrian - Body used as a demonic vessel for the hooded man by Alexandra
Alexandra - Transported into Hell after Kate uses the magic jewel to strike her with a laser blast, which also summons a portal that sucks Alexandra inside.
