Ghostbusters (1984)

Ghostbusters is a 1984 American supernatural comedy film directed and produced by Ivan Reitman, and written by Dan Aykroyd and the late Harold Ramis. It stars Bill Murray, Aykroyd, and Ramis, Ernie Hudson, Sigourney Weaver, and Rick Moranis.

After the members of a team of scientists (Harold Ramis, Dan Aykroyd, Bill Murray) lose their cushy positions at a university in New York City, they decide to become "ghostbusters" to wage a high-tech battle with the supernatural for money. They stumble upon a gateway to another dimension, a doorway that will release evil upon the city. The Ghostbusters must now save New York from complete destruction.

• The Stay Puft Marshmallow Man - Melted when Egon Spengler, Peter Venkman, Ray Stantz and Winston Zeddmore defeated Gozer. (Revived as a ghost)
• Zuul - Turned into a statue when Egon Spengler, Peter Venkman, Ray Stantz and Winston Zeddmore defeated Gozer, then crumbled due to Dana escaping her. Revived.
• Vinz Clortho - Turned into a statue when Egon Spengler, Peter Venkman, Ray Stantz and Winston Zeddmore defeated Gozer, then crumbled due to Louis escaping him. Revived.
