Frankenstein and the Monster from Hell is a 1974 British Hammer and Paramount horror film directed by the late Terence Fisher, produced by the late Roy Skeggs, and starring the late Peter Cushing, Madeline Smith, the late Shane Briant, the late David Prowse, the late John Stratton, and the late Elsie Wagstaff. It is the sixth film and final film in the Hammer franchise Frankenstein, the sequel to Frankenstein Must Be Destroyed (chronologically) and The Horror of Frankenstein.

Baron Victor Frankenstein (Peter Cushing), confined to a mental sanatorium under the name of Carl Victor, continues to do experiments. He enlists the help of Simon Heider (Shane Briant), a young doctor, to carry out a new project in which he uses the body of a violent inmate as a guinea pig. The beautiful Sarah (Madeline Smith) also collaborates with them. The hands of a craftsman and the brain of a brilliant teacher complete the creature's (David Prowse) organism.
