
Frankenstein Must Be Destroyed is a 1969 British Hammer and Warner Bros horror thriller film directed by the late Terence Fisher, produced by the late Anthony Nelson Keys, and starring the late Peter Cushing, the late Freddie Jones, the late Veronica Carlson, the late Simon Ward, the late George Pravda, and the late Thorley Walters. It is the fifth film in the Hammer franchise Frankenstein, the sequel to Frankenstein Created Woman and followed by The Horror of Frankenstein.
Baron Frankenstein (Peter Cushing) blackmails a young asylum doctor (Simon Ward) into releasing the mad Dr. Brandt (George Pravda) so that he can learn the secret of his brain-freezing technique.
