The Founders Day Massacre is a major event in season eleven of The Walking Dead tv show, taking place during the episode "A New Deal".
After being arrested for Sebastian Milton's crimes, Lance Hornsby hires Shira and Roman Calhoun to murder several people at the fair so that they revive as Walkers and cause enough chaos to ensure Pamela Milton would want his help again. Unbeknownst to Lance however, one of the Walkers ends up killing Sebastian.
