Five Nights at Freddy's

Five Nights at Freddy's is an indie survival horror video game series made by Scott Cawthon, with Steel Wool Studios and other companies working on later titles. It is one of the most popular horror game franchises, even garnering thousands of fan games.

Since the initial game's release in 2014, there have been ten mainline games, several spin-offs, and several DLCs with varying degrees of canonicity. It also has several book series, a film, and has officially embraced a select few fangames.

Phone Guy implies that an unspecified number of previous night guards have died on the job.
The funtime animatronics are designed to specifically kidnap/kill children, although it is unclear if this is accomplished beyond just Elizabeth Afton.
A former employee of Circus Baby's Entertainment and Rental is mentioned to have made the hiding spot under the desk in the Circus Control Module. While the animatronics are aware of the hiding spot and the Bidybabs claim to always find a way to get inside, it is ambiguous if they actually got him, considering that Circus Baby claims that it worked for him.
An unknown number of Fazbear Funtime Service users are attacked by their special deliveries, and assumedly a corresponding amount of Fazbear Funtime Service replica animatronics as well.
Glamrock Chica is implied to have similarly attacked S.T.A.F.F. Bots in the past.
Only the body of one of the first three therapists was actually discovered/mentioned, the rest are simply heavily implied.
