Fallout is a 2024 post-apocalyptic action tv show created by Lisa Joy and Jonathan Nolan, based off of the Fallout video game series. It stars Ella Purnell, Walton Goggins, and Aaron Moten. The show itself is also canon to the video game timeline, taking place in the year 2296, nine years after the events of Fallout 4.
In a future, post-apocalyptic Los Angeles brought about by nuclear decimation, citizens must live in underground bunkers to protect themselves from radiation, mutants and bandits.

Season 1
- In the episode "The End", four nuclear bombs go off during the start of The Great War, however the deaths from the war won't be counted since they've already been covered on the Fallout franchise page.
- In this episode its mentioned that Rose MacLean passed away many years prior, in the episode "The Ghouls" it was mentioned that her cause of death was due to starvation during a famine that effected Vault 33. It was later revealed in the episode "The Beginning" that her true cause of death was when her husband Hank MacLean launched a nuclear bomb at Shady Sands, the radiation turned her into a Ghoul and while trapped under rubble from the explosion she eventually became feral.
- In this episode it's also mentioned that Overseer Jackson from Vault 32 died of starvation due to their crops failing, however it's later revealed that this is a lie and Overseer Jackson actually dies two years prior during the vault 32 Civil War. His death will be counted with Episode 4 "The Ghouls" as that is when his body is seen and the truth of his death is discovered.
- In the episode "The Ghouls" an old film is played showing Cooper Howard's character, "The Man", shooting a character named "Joey Toro" in the head, due to this being a fictional film, and us having seen the filming of it in a flashback during a previous episode this death will not be counted.
- In the episode "The Past" the destruction of Shady Sands is mentioned for the first time. In this episode we also see a sign showing that Shady Sands had a population of 34,852 people so that's the number that will be used for the count. (This number may not be entirely accurate as we know bot Maximus and Lee Moldaver survived the destruction but that can be counteracted by the fact the we do not know how long before the destruction the sign was put up so the population could have increased before the destruction from 34,852).
- In this episode Norm MacLean goes through a list of the previous overseers of vault 33, its implied that all the people who he looks at were overseers many years ago with some of the confirmed ones living 170 years before the events of the season. Because of this they will be treated as implied deaths.
- In the episode "The Radio" the imprisoned raiders at Vault 33 are all poisoned off-screen, the blame for this is put on a Vault 33 resident named Veronica, however its implied that she is innocent and just being framed, but until future seasons confirm who the true killed is Veronica will get the kills.
- In the episode "The Beginning" it is revealed that the Brotherhood of Steel has forcefully taken control of Filly, no death will be counted for this as no bodies are seen and no deaths are explicitly mentioned, only that the locals "put up a fight" witch could have ended with retreat.
- At the end of the episode a pile of bodes is seen, it is impossible to know if these are some of the deaths that have already been counted but because they are in an area that wasn't seen during the main fight they will be counted as new deaths.
