Cadet Elnor is a 24th century Romulan who was trained with the Qowat Milat to follow the Way of Absolute Candor before becoming a Starfleet cadet. He is a major protagonist within Star Trek appearing in the first two seasons of Star Trek: Picard.
He is portrayed by Evan Evagora.
