- Frostwind - Defeated by The Hero and persumably died thereafter
- Angler King - Defeated by The Hero and went belly-up
- The Mayor - Killed by Wilfre, he appears in Wilfre's Wasteland in The Next Chapter, though this could be his ghost or a fake
- Wilfre's Scorpion - Defeated By The Hero
- Wilfre - Defeated by The Hero and then dissipated, his death is debatable seeing as how he returns in the DS version of The Next Chapter, meaning that he could've either been resurrected somehow, faked his death, or survived.

- Shadow Boss - Destroyed by The Hero
- Circi - Persumably killed by her own creation
- Scribble Boss - Destroyed by The Hero
Drawn to Life: The Next Chapter (DS)[]
- Galileo - Persumably drained of his color by Wilfre, if he survived this then he disappeared after the Eternal Flame was tapped out
- All the minor villagers from the first game - Persumably drained of their color by Wilfre, if they survived this then they all disappeared after the Eternal Flame was tapped out
- Bakibeard - Stomped on by The Hero and then turned into a ghost, his ghost was then destroyed by The Hero
- Giant Robosa - Defeated by The Hero and then sank into lava
- King and Queen - Destroyed by The Hero
- Wilfre - Defeated by The Hero and then disintegrated.
- Salem - Persumably destroyed alongside Wilfre
- Sock - Persumably destroyed alongside Wilfre
- All of the Raposa - Disappeared after the Eternal Flame was tapped out
- Jowee and Mari - Disappeared after the Eternal Flame was tapped out, later revealed to be plush toys in the real world
- Mike and Heather's parents - Killed in a car crash, this does not happen in the Drawn to Life collection and version 1.1 of The Next Chapter
