Dragon Ball: Mystical Adventure is third feature film in the Dragon Ball franchise released in 1988. It was directed by Kazuhisa Takenouchi and Minoru Okazaki.
The film retells another part of the story from the original 1986 series adapting the entire Tournament and Red Ribbon Army Sagas. The movie has a couple of severe differences from the source material such as changing the RR Army to Mifan Army and making Chiaotzu (who did not even appear at this point in the story) into an child emperor.

- Unnamed Empire of Mifan Pilot - Airplane shot multiple times by Bulma Briefs with machineguns of her airplane causing his one to explode in mid-air.
- Three Unnamed Empire of Mifan Pilots - Tricked by Bulma Briefs into crashing into the ocean causing their airplanes to explode upon impact.
- Four Unnamed Karinga Tribe Tank Drivers - Died when their tanks were blown up by Mifan Army Tanks on orders of Minister Shen.
- Unnamed Empire of Mifan Officer - Crushed to death when Bora threw an giant boulder at his jet-copter which then explode and crashed.
- Three Chickens - Killed and cooked off-screen, bodies shown on a dish plate.
- Two Lobsters - Killed and cooked off-screen, bodies shown on a dish plate.
- Unnamed Empire of Mifan Soldier - Sent flying, fist carved in and smashed against wooden barrels by Son Goku with single punch to the stomach.
- At least Five Unknown People - Killed on orders of Minister Shen off-screen after helping in retreving the Dragon Balls, with seven total minus one found at the sea and one held by Bora.
- Bora - Thrown by General Tao and impaled on giant stone statue's spear, on orders of Minister Shen. Ressurected by Shenron on Goku's wish.
- Unnamed Empire of Mifan Soldier - Punched in the face by Master Roshi.
- Unnamed Empire of Mifan Soldier - Kicked in the face by Krillin.
