Dracula III: Legacy is a 2005 American and Romanian horror thriller film directed by Patrick Lussier, produced by Joel Soisson and W. K. Border, and starring Roy Scheider, Jason Lee, Jason London, Diane Neal, Alexandra Wescourt, and Rutger Hauer. It is the third and final film in the Dracula 2000 trilogy, a sequel to Dracula II: Ascension.

In the near future, Uffizi (Jason Lee) and Luke (Jason London) travel to the remote reaches of war torn Romania to rescue Elizabeth (Diane Neal) and finish the vampire once and for all. Along the way, they encounter TV news journalist and a corps of rebels trying to fight the vampire uprising which plagues their country.
