Dr. Jekyll and Sister Hyde is a 1971 British Hammer horror thriller film directed by the late Roy Ward Baker, produced by the late Brian Clemens and the late Albert Fennell and starring the late Ralph Bates, the late Lewis Fiander, the late Gerald Sim, Martine Beswick, Susan Brodrick and the late Dorothy Alison. It is the third film in the Hammer Productions franchise Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, a sequel to the 1960 film The Two Faces of Dr. Jekyll and followed by Doctor Jekyll.
With the help of female hormones from the morgue, young Dr. Jekyll (Ralph Bates) is researching a rejuvenating agent, which he tests on himself. But unexpectedly, he transforms into a woman (Martine Beswick). From then on, he commits more and more murders to perfect his elixir of life, but soon a cycle of horror develops. Can he continue to hide his split personality?
