Dr. Fuji is a major antagonist in the films Pokémon: The First Movie and Pokémon: Mewtwo Strikes Back – Evolution. He is the creator of Mewtwo.
He is voiced by Yosuke Akimoto in the Japanese dub and by Philip Bartlett in the English dub.
