Death Wish 2

Death Wish II is a 1982 American vigilante action film directed and co-edited by the late Michael Winner and it stars the late Charles Bronson. It is the first of four sequels to the 1974 film Death Wish. It is the second installment in the Death Wish film series. It was succeeded by Death Wish 3 in 1985.

Relocating to Los Angeles from New York City, vigilante Paul Kersey (Charles Bronson) wants to start a safer life for himself and his adult daughter, Carol (Robin Sherwood), who was raped years earlier and still suffers psychologically from the attack. But trouble finds Kersey. His house cleaner, Rosario (Silvana Gallardo), and Carol are both gang raped in Kersey's home by a gang of thugs, and Rosario dies. Kersey hits the streets hunting down the criminals, refusing to stop until L.A. is safe.

Notes

• Death Wish 2 had many deleted scenes involving more plot, more violent scenes and backstory to many of the supporting and minor characters that were cut out due to Cannon cutting them out for more action and to reduce the runtime and to get an R rating instead of an X Rating but they can not be counted due to them being lost or Cannon films owns them but can not release them due to rights issues after MGM bought them out.
