
Death Note is a 2017 action/horror film directed by Adam Wingard, being an adaptation based on the anime and manga of the same name. It stars Nat Wolff, LaKeith Stanfield, Margaret Qualley, Shea Whigham, Paul Nakauchi, Jason Liles, and Willem Dafoe.
It follows an American high school student (Nat Wolff) who finds a mysterious notebook that can kill anyone whose name is written in its pages, and uses it to murder criminals under the alias of Kira.
