- Ultimate Imposter/"Byakuya Togami" - Stabbed by Teruteru Hanamura from under the floorboards after trying to save him from Nagito Komaeda.
- Teruteru Hanamura - Executed by Monokuma: after being covered in eggs and flour, is dropped into an active volcano. (Deep Fried Teruteru)
- Mahiru Koizumi - Hit on the back of the head with a metal bat by Peko Pekoyama during a confrontation, died from blunt force trauma.
- Natsumi Kuzuryu (flashback of sorts) - Blunt force trauma, caused by Sato hitting her on the head with a swimsuit filled with sand.
- Sato (Girl A) (flashback of sorts) - Hit on the head with a metal bat by Fuyuhiko Kuzuryu, died from blunt force trauma.
- Peko Pekoyama - Executed by Monokuma, stabbed to death by samurai robots. (One Woman Army)
- Hiyoko Saionji - Throat slit by Mikan Tsumiki after walking in during the set-up for Ibuki Mioda's murder.
- Ibuki Mioda - Strangled with a rope by Mikan Tsumiki.
- Mikan Tsumiki - Executed by Monokuma by lethal injection and hallucinated to have been shot into space on a decapitated arm. (Bye-Bye Ouchies!)
- Nekomaru Nidai - Dropped from four stories straight into a pillar by Gundham Tanaka after being deactivated in his robot state.
- Gundham Tanaka - Executed by Monokuma, died when a stampede of animals Monokuma was controlling ran him down. (Gundham Tanaka Stampede)
- Nagito Komaeda - Killed by poison Chiaki Nanami unknowingly threw, as set up by Nagito himself.
- Monomi/Usami - Executed alongside Chiaki, crushed by Tetris blocks, revived. (Please Insert Coin)
- Chiaki Nanami - Executed by Monokuma, she died after being crushed by Tetris blocks. (Please Insert Coin)
- Junko Enoshima Alter Ego - Killed by Monomi/Usami Forced Shutdown.
