The Cons' Game is an event that took place in the 2023 film Saw X.
The event was orchestrated by John Kramer/The Jigsaw Killer, and targeted members of the Pederson Project, who scammed John and 34 others into believing they were recieving treatment for their cancer.

- Mateo - Forced to remove a piece of his own brain and then face burned in the Brain Surgery Trap set up by John Kramer/The Jigsaw Killer.
- Gabriela - Forced to break her own ankle and wrist with a hammer, burned alive by the radiation machine, and then neck broken by Dr. Cecilia Pederson with her foot.
- Parker Sears - Stabbed in the stomach by Dr. Cecilia Pederson with a piece of metal shrapnel.
