Comanche Moon is an American Western television miniseries directed by Simon Wincer that released on January 13th, 2008. The series stars the late Val Kilmer, Steve Zahn, Linda Cardellini, Elizabeth Banks, Ray McKinnon, Karl Urban and Wes Studi. The miniseries is a prequel to Lonesome Dove.
Woodrow Call and Gus McCrae are in their middle years, serving as texas rangers as the civil war breaks out.
