Professor Clifford DeVoe, also known as The Thinker, is the main antagonist of season 4 of The Flash, within the Arrowverse. He was a criminal mastermind who sought to take over the world by wiping everyone's intellect and rebuilding civilization in his own image.
He is portrayed by Neil Sandilands.
