Characters who carry out atrocities against groups of people for some type of political, economical, or religious gain. This also includes characters who carry out atrocities in retaliation against governments, organizations, or specific people for an ultimately good reason, such as V from V for Vendetta and Jake Sully from the Avatar film series.
