Pure Evil Villains

Villains who are Pure Evil and have no understandable or traumatic reasons for their crimes. Pure Evil villains are entirely aware of their actions and are not controlled or forced to commit their crimes, so none can be considered "False Antagonists". The only exception to these rules are characters in role-playing video games who's morals are decided by the players and can be as evil as the player wants them to be if not as evil as possible. This category can also extend to entire groups but only if they all act exactly the same, if a single member has a redeeming quality or they're just not evil at all, they cannot qualify to be pure evil.
