Near Pure Evil Villains

Villains who are Near Pure Evil. Near Pure Evil villains are entirely aware of their actions and are not controlled or forced to commit their crimes but they have crimes they refuse to commit. The only exception to these rules are characters in role-playing video games who's morals are decided by the players and can be as evil as the player wants them to be if not as evil as possible.

Near Pure Evil Villains are separated from pure evil villains by usually having at least one redeeming quality such as genuine remorse for at least some or one of their actions or have family members and/or friends that they genuinely love and care for. This also includes committing at least one act of genuine kindness that is not simply for their own benefit. Finally, this category includes characters who commit all of the heinous actions and care for nobody like a pure evil villain, but do not have the mental capacity to fully understand what they're doing due to mental illnesses or disabilities.
