DC

Detective Comics is a comic book company created by the late Malcolm Wheeler-Nicholson in 1935 that still runs to this day, beginning with Earth-Two and eventually dividing itself into several different universes.

Reprints will be mentioned, but not counted, since we do not count the same deaths twice. Villains will be listed in bold. Heroes will be listed in italics. If a planet is destroyed without a population mentioned, Earth's population at the time an issue was released or the future predicted population of Earth if it's set in the future for the minimum.

Minor appearances listed on the Detective Comics Wiki are not counted for character pages, since they only consist of illusions, flashbacks, recaps, or mentions, nothing that continues their actual stories.
