Captain Kuro of a Thousand Plans, also known as Klahadore the Butler, is a minor antagonist in the One Piece anime, serving as the main antagonist of the Syrup Village Arc. He is the Captain of the Black Cat Pirates.
In the Japanese Dub he is voiced by Kōichi Hashimoto. In the English dubs, he is voiced by Joseph Murray (Odex), Gary Mack (4Kids), and Kent Williams (Funimation).
