Brian Moser

Brian Moser, also known by the fake name Dr. Rudy Cooper, or The Ice Truck Killer, earlier known as The N.H.I. Killer, is the main antagonist of the first season of Dexter and the secondary antagonist in the first season Dexter: Original Sin. He is the estranged brother of Dexter Morgan who goes on a killing spree in Miami, Florida, while stalking Dexter by getting close to his sister, Debra.

He is portrayed by Christian Camargo in Dexter, and Roby Attal and Xander Mateo in Original Sin.
