Bloody Murder is a 2000 American slasher film written by John R. Stevenson and directed by Ralph E. Portillo. It was followed by a sequel in 2003.
Nestled deep within the woods is Camp Placid Pines, where a collection of teenage counselors convene to prepare for the arrival of the younger campers. As they go about sprucing up the camp, they discuss the legend of Trevor Moorehouse, a psychotic, chainsaw-wielding killer said to terrorize campers. When her fellow counselors start vanishing, Julie (Jessica Morris) realizes that the Moorehouse legend is all too true and that her chances of survival are dwindling rapidly.
