The Black Order, also known as the Children of Thanos, was an elite team of powerful individuals that serve their adopted father Thanos in their quest to find the Infinity Stones in Avengers: Infinity War. They are a major antagonist group in the Marvel Cinematic Universe consisting of Ebony Maw, Cull Obsidian/Black Dwarf, Proxima Midnight, and Corvus Glaive.
The group was created prior to the events of the MCU and dissolved in 2018.
Maw was portrayed by Tom Vaughan-Lawlor. Cull was portrayed Terry Notary. Proxima was portrayed by Monique Ganderton and (in Infinity War only) voiced by Carrie Coon. Corvus was portrayed by Michael Shaw.
