Bill Boss

Warden William "Bill" Boss is the villainous protagonist of the 2015 exploitation horror film The Human Centipede 3 (Final Sequence), the third and final film in the Human Centipede trilogy. He is the sadistic warden of a prison who, after watching The Human Centipede 2 (Full Sequence), decides to punish his inmates by turning them into a massive human centipede.

He is portrayed by Dieter Laser, who also plays Dr. Josef Heiter in the original.
