Captain Benjamin Lafayette "Ben" Sisko is a Starfleet commanding officer who served aboard the starbase Deep Space 9. He is a major protagonist within Star Trek appearing in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine as well as appearing in a range of other media around the franchise.

He is portrayed by Avery Brooks.
