Marine Officer Bell-mère is a minor yet pivotal protagonist in season one of the One Piece Netflix series, only appearing in the episode "The Girl with the Sawfish Tattoo". She is a former marine the adoptive mother of Nami and Nojiko.
She is portrayed by Genna Galloway.
