The Battle of Bolger Glade (Also known as the Battle of Scarlett Meadows) is an off-screen battle that can be found in Red Dead Redemption II, the battle presumably took place in the real Red River Campaign, which was a massive Union offensive that was supposed to stop the Confederacy from using the Shreveport in Louisiana, which is primarily where the fictional state of Lemoyne is. Under the command of General Quincy Harris, his remaining forces built up a heavily fortified position on a hill near a church, fitted with trenches and artillery positions. Despite the defensive advantage, the very bad weather as well as Quincy's poor leadership leads to many of Quincy's officers being killed. Seeing how his position is being overrun, Quincy runs away and leaves his remaining army to die, under the false terms that he was setting up a new command post "back significantly".

Notes[]
- There is no given answer to how many soldiers participated during the Battle, the only thing that can be relied on is the size of the battle and command structures.
- Majors aren't usually put into positions that require them to command a number of troops by themselves, rather holding positions such as 2nd in Command and whatnot. But it can be likened that is plausible that Majors Wilkinson and Smith were given the command of tiny battalions, the numbers of which can only be minimized to 300.
- According to Garfield's Wiki article for himself, his uniform states he was the rank of Corporal.
- There are a few bone carcasses littered around the battlefield, most of which are the size of a horse, but there was the skeleton that was about the size of dog that was found, these bones could have come from an animal that had no part in the battle, but due to them being here, it is plausible they were participants.
