Barbara Wright is a companion of the First Doctor, acting as a major protagonist in season 1 and 2 of Doctor Who. She was a history teacher at Coal Hill School in 1960s London, before traveling in the TARDIS with Ian Chesterton and Susan Foreman.
She is portrayed by the late Jacqueline Hill.
