Notes[]
- In "Issue 1", Captain America is mentioned to have been killed in an assassination in the recap before the comic. However, since his death is shown in another piece of media, he will not be listed above.
- Armory blasts Ultimo in the chest with the Tactigon, which seemingly kills the individual. However, Ultimo survived the blast through u8nknown means and will not be listed above.
- The deaths of the New Warriors, along with the Stamford Incident, are mentioned. However, since their deaths are shown in Civil War, they will not be listed above.
- In "Issue 2", Criti Noll (Clone), disguised as Yellowjacket, destroys a Terror-Carrier somewhere in the air near Crawford, Texas. According to the clone in "Issue 14", thousands of individuals are onboard the ship. As such, at least one thousand individuals will be listed killed above.
- In "Issue 5", numerous army vehicles are shown destroyed in the streets of New York, which were destroyed by the Hulk. However, it is unknown if any army personnel were killed in the destruction of said vehicles. As such, none will be listed above.
- In "Born to Serve", the death of Abraham Erskine is mentioned. However, since he died in another piece of media, he will not be listed above.
- In "Issue 8", skulls from individuals killed in the Stamford Incident are shown. However, since their deaths are shown in Avengers: Civil War, they will not be listed above.
- Through "Issues 8 to 11", KIA goes around and eliminates numerous individuals in an incident dubbed the "KIA" incident by Tony Stark in "Issue 12". In the same issue, aside from the deaths of Dragon Lord, Trauma and Van, Stark mentions how eight S.H.I.E.L.D. agents were killed by KIA. In "Issue 11", two agents are confirmed deceased by the two living Scarlet Spiders. However, in "Issue 10", at least six agents are shown being stabbed by KIA with the Tactigon. It is presumed only five were killed in order for the number to be correct, which would mean at least several survived their wounds. Aside from the MVP clones which were not listed, all other individuals survived the events and their wounds inflicted on them by KIA.
- In "Issue 16", Proton is executed by a Skrull in Times Square. However, the death of Proton was first shown in Secret Invasion Issue 3. As such, Proton will not be listed above.
- In "Issue 19", Lobo is hinted at being deceased by the Skrull who took his identity. However, he is later confirmed alive in Marvel Pets Handbook 1. As such, he will not be listed above.
- Spinner is shown being caught in an explosion caused by a Skrull and presumed dead. However, it is later revealed that she survived the explosion in Fear Itself: Youth in Revolt 1. As such, she will not be listed above.
- In "Issue 20", Riot is shown depowering and presumably dying because of this act. However, it is later shown she is alive in Skrull Kill Krew Vol 2. As such, she will not be listed above.
- In "Issue 24", Bloodscream is both decapitated and exploded by the Shadow Initiative. However, due to his powers, he easily repairs himself and survives both encounters. As such, these will not count as deaths and will not be listed above.
- Halfway through the comic, a fight ensures between the Shadow Initiative and HYDRA. During the scuffle, numerous agents are beaten by the heroes. However, aside from the ones burnt by Mutant Zero, all the agents could survive from their wounds. As such, none will be listed above.
- In "Issue 26", it is implied that Vampiro killed several hookers at a truck stop off-panel. However, since it is unknown how many hookers he killed, none will be listed above.
- In "Issue 30", numerous nightmares are created and vanquished by Nightmare. However, since majority of the nightmares are just illusions/dreams, they will not be listed above.
- In "Issues 33, 34 and 35", Ares, Sentry, and Loki are all mentioned or shown to have been killed in the Siege. However, since their deaths from this event were shown in other comics before these issues, their deaths will not be listed above.
- In "Issue 34", the destruction of Asgard is shown. However, it is unknown how many deaths occurred during the event, so none will be listed above. It is also highly likely this event was previewed in comics before this one, so even if a number is provided, deaths should most likely be listed elsewhere.
- Speedball, under the alias of Penance, destroys the cell he is situated in, which causes two security guards to be thrown from their posts in the destruction. However, it is unknown if the two security guards survived the destruction or not. As such, they will not be listed above.
