American Dad! is an animated adult sitcom created by Seth MacFarlane, Mike Barker, and Matt Weitzman. The show began in 2005 and runs to this day. It is a part of the Seth MacFarlane Universe.
Stan Smith is a CIA agent painfully dedicated to homeland security. His home life includes doting wife Francine, a ditzy housewife, liberal daughter Hayley and socially awkward teenaged son Steve. Also living in the family's Langley Falls, Va., home are Klaus, a goldfish with the brain of an East German Olympic ski jumper, and Roger, an escaped alien from Area 51, who Stan houses in defiance of his employer due to owing Roger a "life debt". Sounds just like the typical American family, right? Maybe not.

Notes
By Character
- Because American Dad! exists within the same universe as Family Guy which has a physical embodiment of Death, any and all deaths within the show will count as a kill towards them.
By Season
Season 1
- In the episode "Stan of Arabia: Part One", Stan snaps Jay Leno's neck twice, however he's later revealed to have survived in the season twelve episode "Casino Normale".
- Later, it's mentioned that Bullock's mother had cancer, but she's revealed to also still be alive in the season six episode "100 A.D.".
- In the episode "Finances With Wolves", a billboard mentions the genocide of a Native American tribe, but it's unknown as how many people this included.
- Later on, another sign mentions a candy factory where several children were murdered, but it's not said as to how many were killed.
- In the episode "Roger 'n' Me", Trudy Lawrence is mauled by an alligator, but is later revealed to have survived in the season five episode "My Morning Straitjacket".
- In the episode "Helping Handis", Roger finds "eight years worth" of dead bugs in a lamp, but it's impossible to tell how many there are.
- In the episode "Tears of a Clooney", a newspaper mentions that Rob Schneider, the actor, died at the age of 62. However, Rob Schneider was only 43 years old in the year 2006 when the episode aired. As such, it will be assumed this was a different Rob Schneider.
- Later, it's mentioned that Raina Markovitz was an assassin for the KGB, however it's unknown as to how many people she's killed.
Season 2
- In the episode "Camp Refoogee", Roger mentions that he "fished a dead hooker out of the canal", however it's more than likely he was making this up for his P.I. persona.
- Later on, Roger mentions in his Professor Jordan persona that Amanda (Francine) accidentally killed their baby by letting it drown, but this was also not real.
- In the episode "The American Dad After School Special", Debbie has a skull decorating her reading area in the ventilation shafts, although it's doubtful that it is a real Human skull.
- Later on, Zack is erased from reality when Stan cures his anorexia and begins eating once again. Although it's unknown how real he was, imaginary characters such as Roger's personas and characters within dreams are later shown in the series to be real in a sense, so he'll be counted just in case.
- In the episode "Failure is not a Factory-Installed Option", a newspaper that the former planet Pluto drowned two of it's own moons. Because sentient objects are confirmed to exist later on in the series, they'll be counted just in case.
- In the episode "Dungeons and Wagons", Stan accidentally blows up part of a building with missiles installed into his car, but it's unknown how many people were inside if any at all.
- In the episode "Iced, Iced Babies", a newspaper mentions that secretary of defense Donald Rumsfeld stepped on a puppy's head, but it's unknown if he killed it or not.
- Later on, Debbie mentions hunting squirrels with a pistol, but she doesn't mention as to how many she's killed, so only the one shown will be counted.
- In the episode "Irregarding Steve", it's mentioned that Steve collected the death masks of the cast of "Little Rascals" who passed away up until 2006, although it's impossible to tell who this could have been since there's been hundreds of actors within the franchise, so they won't be counted.
- In the episode "The Best Christmas Story Never", Stan goes back in time to 1974 to make a new version of the film Taxi Driver that stars John Wayne where he kills four Native Americans, however this won't be counted since they're only in a film that isn't real in any sense.
- Later on, it's mentioned that several race horses starved to death since Roger didn't feed them, but it's unknown as to how many.
- In the episode "Bush Comes to Dinner", Haley mentions killing all of Stan's younglings using a pickaxe, however it's unknown as to how many there were.
- In the episode "Four Little Words", an unseen man can be heard screaming during the scene where Francine is teaching in India, but it's impossible to tell whether or not he died.
- In the episode "I Can't Stan You", Stan mentions putting a bunch of flies in a blender when he was 15 years old, but doesn't say how many there were.
