Sir Alistair Gordon Lethbridge-Stewart, known as the Brigadier, was an important figure within UNIT. He is a major protagonist within classic Doctor Who, regularly appearing from season 5 to season 13. He is a companion of the Third Doctor along with Elizabeth Shaw, Jo Grant, and Sarah Jane Smith.
He is portrayed by the late Nicholas Courtney.
