"Master" is a minor character in the One Piece anime, only appearing in the season six episode "Monsters Appear! Don't Touch the Whitebeard Pirates!". He is the leader of a group of miners.
He is voiced by unknown actors in both the Japanese dub and the English Funimation dub.
